WHY WE NEED A NETWORK
Vanguard Voices works directly with leadership teams. But when that work expands across a whole company - every team, every leader - one practitioner isn't enough.
We need experienced coaches and consultants who can deliver the same methodology, with the same rigour, in rooms Jessica isn't in.
That network is forming now. We're not launching a platform or a directory.
We're having real conversations with practitioners who want to be part of this from the beginning.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're not looking for everyone. We're looking for a specific kind of practitioner. Here's what matters:
LEADERSHIP TEAM EXPERIENCE
You've worked in the room with executive teams - not just individual leaders. You understand group dynamics, power structures, and what happens when a leadership team can't talk to each other. Individual coaching is valuable, but this work requires facilitation skills and systems thinking. If your experience is primarily 1:1, this probably isn't the right fit.
ALIGNED ON THE APPROACH
You believe psychological safety starts at the top - not with employee training programmes. You're comfortable with adaptive session design: reading the room and adjusting, not following a rigid agenda. You understand that the goal isn't a breakthrough moment. It's building infrastructure that holds after the facilitator leaves.
READY TO BUILD SOMETHING
This isn't a finished programme you're signing up to deliver. It's an evolving methodology that we're refining with every engagement. We need practitioners who want to help shape it - who'll bring their own experience, push back on what doesn't work, and help build something that can scale beyond any one person.

WHY THIS MATTERS
Vanguard Voices is a Swiss not-for-profit. Jessica is currently building the practice while working full-time. The vision - making psychological safety measurable, accountable, and visible across organizations - can't happen through one person. It requires a network of practitioners delivering the same quality of work, with the same structural approach, in companies across Switzerland and eventually the DACH region and then the world.
What network practitioners will do:

Deliver team coaching to leaders within companies where VV has completed the leadership team engagement. You're working inside an existing framework, not starting from scratch.
Facilitate team rollouts - taking the Reveal → Build → Sustain approach to every team in a company, using the foundation the leadership team already built.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
We're honest about the fact that this network is early. There's no infrastructure to show you yet. What we can offer is something different:
1. Get In Early
The practitioners who join now will shape how this network operates - the standards, the pricing model, the quality criteria. You're not joining a finished system. You're helping design it. That kind of influence doesn't come later.

2. Work With Warm Clients:
Every coaching engagement comes through a company where VV has already done the leadership team work. The relationship is established. The context is set. You're walking into a room where the hard conversation has already started - not trying to convince someone it's needed.

WHERE THIS IS GOING.
Right now, we're working with individual leadership teams in Switzerland. Within two years, the goal is a network of companies across the DACH region - measuring, monitoring, and being held accountable for psychological safety at every level.
The coaching network is a critical part of making that scalable. We're not in a rush to build a large roster. We'd rather have five practitioners who are deeply aligned than fifty who signed up for a directory listing.
If that sounds like you, let's talk.
