It started with a simple realization: workplaces are not working most effectively. Too many voices are silenced, harmful practices are brushed aside, and opportunities for transformation are left untapped. Empty promises around diversity, inclusion, and equity have become the norm, allowing a cycle of fear and silence to continue.


Vanguard Voices is leading a global, not-for-profit movement where psychological safety becomes the foundation of every workplace.
We believe that real change requires collective action and accountability from leaders, employees, and organizations alike. Through our programs, advocacy, and partnerships, we’re building a world where everyone can thrive at work.

The Founder’s Story

My mission is clear: to revolutionize workplace culture by making psychological safety non-negotiable. After decades of working across industries and continents, one undeniable truth became evident: individual efforts and well-meaning policies aren’t enough. True transformation requires all of us—leaders, employees, and organizations—to take responsibility and commit to collective action. Without accountability, nothing changes.


In 2019, while working at a global pharmaceutical company with over 100,000 employees, I founded a grassroots movement, the first of its kind in the organization. I know firsthand what it feels like to challenge the status quo in a corporate environment. We faced resistance, but through perseverance, the movement grew beyond expectations, laying the groundwork for what would later inspire Vanguard Voices.

Today, Vanguard Voices is a global movement that goes beyond one company. It’s driven by the belief that psychological safety must be a universal standard in every workplace. This is not just about creating new policies; it’s about building a culture of collective action and real accountability. 

 

Having lived, worked, and traveled in nearly 40 countries, I’ve seen the strength that diversity brings and the harm caused when voices are silenced. Unchecked workplace abuse can stifle creativity, destroy morale, and hold back organizational growth. Vanguard Voices is my way of uniting individuals and organizations globally to create workplaces where everyone feels safe, valued, and empowered to contribute meaningfully.

 

This work goes beyond my corporate career, it’s my passion and my life’s purpose.  This is more than a job - It’s a cause I believe in with everything I have.
