About Us

Vanguard Voices exists because silence at the top of organizations is the most expensive problem no one is measuring.
We're here to change that - starting with leadership teams.

About Vanguard Voices

It started with something most leaders recognise but rarely name: the gap between what leadership teams say in meetings and what they actually think. That gap drives stalled decisions, unresolved tension, talent walking out the door, and CEOs spending their weeks mediating instead of leading. Most organizations never measure this cost. We do.

Vanguard Voices is a Swiss not-for-profit that makes psychological safety operational in organizations. We work directly with leadership teams to surface what's unspoken, build the agreements and rhythms that make raising the hard stuff sustainable, and create accountability that lasts. Then we take that same approach to every team in the company - and eventually make it visible and measurable from the outside.

Our Mission

To make psychological safety measurable, accountable, and owned by leadership teams - not delegated to HR, not left to chance.

We work with CEOs and their leadership teams to surface what's stuck, build the infrastructure for the hard conversations, and create a rhythm of accountability that holds - with proof within 90 days.

Our long-term vision is a network of companies that hold themselves - and each other - to a visible standard for psychological safety. Companies measuring it, monitoring it, and being willing to be held accountable for it. That's the movement we're building.

Our Vision

A world where psychological safety is measured, monitored, and held accountable at every level of every organisation.
Where leadership teams go first. Where what's unsaid gets surfaced and acted on.

Where companies hold themselves - and each other - to a visible standard. Not a pledge. Not a badge.
Ongoing, measurable accountability for how people are treated and whether they can speak up without career risk.

Where no one has to choose between raising the hard stuff  and their career. Where the cost of silence is no longer invisible.
Where organizations are judged not just on what they deliver, but on how they treat the people who deliver it.

What We Stand For

At Vanguard Voices, we believe that:

It starts at the top. If the leadership team won't surface what's unspoken between them, no programme, policy, or training will change anything below.

Silence is a cost problem, not a courage problem. When speaking up carries career risk, staying quiet is the rational choice. The system has to change, not the people.

Offsites fade. Infrastructure stays. Alignment without agreements, rhythms, and tracked follow-through disappears within weeks.
We build what lasts.

Proof beats promises. If you can't demonstrate that leadership team coordination is improving within 90 days, with evidence the board can see, you're running an awareness campaign.

Psychological safety must be measurable. Not a feeling. Not a survey score. Behavioural indicators, tracked commitments, visible accountability - at every level.

THE WORK STARTS HERE

Vanguard Voices  is a Swiss not-for-profit making psychological safety operational in organizations - starting with the leadership team.
We work with CEOs who know something is off with their leadership team but haven't found anything that actually fixes it.

If that sounds familiar, let's talk. A 30-minute conversation is where every engagement starts.

The Founder’s Story

I have spent 25 years in corporate - across multinationals, across continents, in industries from pharmaceuticals to tech. I saw the same pattern everywhere: leadership teams that couldn't talk to each other about what was actually going on. And everyone below them paying the price.

In 2018, while working at a global pharmaceutical company with over 100,000 employees, I built a grassroots psychological safety initiative from the inside. It reached 25,000+ engagements. I was publicly celebrated for that work - and privately punished for it. That contradiction taught me something I haven't forgotten.

The problem was never that people lack courage. The problem is that courage is required at all. Fear doesn't flow upward in organizations. It flows downward. When a leadership team can't surface what's unsaid between them, everyone below learns that silence is safer.

That's why I started Vanguard Voices. I hold ICF-PCC, ORSC, and ICP-Agile certifications. I've led change programmes, coached leadership teams, and worked inside the systems I'm now trying to fix. I know what it looks like from the inside - the politics, the silence, the cost.

Now I work with leadership teams directly. We surface what's stuck, build the infrastructure for the hard conversations, and prove it's working - with evidence, within 90 days.

It starts at the top. It always does.

About Us

Vanguard Voices was born out of both frustration and hope—frustration with the broken status quo, and hope that meaningful change is not only possible but essential.
